About Us:

We at Marielove.de have been successfully selling sex toys and lifestyle products for around 8 years. Thanks to many good business relationships in China, we import our goods ourselves and directly from China. 99.9% of our sales take place online. We use various sales channels, including two of our own shops on Shopify, eBay Germany and Great Britain, Amazon Europe, Kaufland Germany, Allegro.pl and Otto Germany. To ensure smooth processing of our orders, we work with several warehouses as fulfillment partners, including Orange Connex for eBay, multichannel shipping and FBA.

A remarkable development has taken place in recent years. We have strived to make progress at all levels, both in terms of processes, cash flow, sales, sales and more. Thanks to these efforts, we have been able to experience a steady stream of growth over a sustained period of time. Despite various world crises such as the Corona and energy crises, we always remained stable and were still able to achieve growth.

Our team consists of 8 people including part-time employees and working students. We are a diverse team and the average age is around 32 years. Thanks to modern task flow management software “Asana”, we work in a very structured manner.

By testing different processes and sales strategies, we have gained valuable experience and now know which approaches are successful and which are not. In order to make maximum use of our well-running strategies, we are looking for additional manpower and expertise in the area of ​​modern e-commerce. We are looking for someone who can optimally complement our team with their know-how and experience.

Qualifications

The qualifications are partly derived from the different areas of responsibility.
